RouteMasters Express Logistix LLC was founded in 2025 in Huntsville, Alabama, by Mashiea L. Hicks—a woman whose roots in transportation run deep. Beginning her journey at just 18 years old with a Commercial Driver’s License, she gained early experience driving a school bus and later operating 26-foot box trucks across multiple states. Her passion stems from a multi-generational legacy; in the 1970s and 1980s, her grandparents owned a trucking company in Waukegan, Illinois, instilling in her the values of hard work, pride, and independence.
Today, RouteMasters Express Logistix LLC stands as a family-owned and operated transportation company built on faith, integrity, and excellence. Supported by over three decades of combined commercial driving and logistics experience, the company delivers dependable OTR freight services nationwide.
